Hawk’s View Golf Club in Lake Geneva will be hosting our annual fundraiser.
We’ll have hole events, team awards and thousands of dollars worth of raffle prizes!
Golf reservations are limited to the first 144 paid participants.
Entry deadline is July 11th, 2016.
That means you need to get in your registration FAST.
Please be sure to send payment with your reservation!
Per Person Cost: $100
Includes: welcome gift, lunch, drink ticket, golf (Como Crossings) with cart, dinner and golf prizes!
Tournament Format
18-Hole Four-Person Scramble Not an avid golfer but still want to participate? You can still join the fun of the day by joining us for dinner and the raffle. Bring your friends!
Dinner only / $30 per person!

- 10:30AM Registration
- 11-12:15 PM Lunch Buffet
- 12:30 Shotgun Start
- 5:30-6:30 Cocktails (cash bar)
- 6:30-7:30 Dinner Buffet
- 7:30 Awards, Cash Raffles

All players are responsible for arranging their own scramble teams. Only PAID team entries will be accepted.
